Help! Price adjustments support

So I submitted a massive order a couple of hours ago and just saw Sephora’s YouTube video on their Spring Savings Event which is happening on 4/9 for Rouge (double checked my emails too for this but didn’t find it). 

TL;DR - does Sephora offer price adjustments for incidents like this? Thank you

I'm sorry we will not be able to honor a price adjustment. Our Spring Savings Event is only valid during the promotional period and not on purchases made outside of this timeframe. Additionally, we have not yet sent emails regarding this promotion. Please stay tuned! Thank you!
