Have anybody else had this problem?

I go online to make a purchase for the YSL Black Opium. The website tells me to use the code YSLOVE for the free gift set. I go to check out and it's saying that the code is expired. So I called customer service and the only thing the rep can tell me is oh yeah the code is expired. I ask her so what you're saying is Sephora is false advertising codes and her response to me was oh I guess so. Wow who hired her thanks for no help at all.

I am so sorry, the code "YSLOVE" is expired at this time because the YSL Pink Pouch and Sample set went out of stock. I understand how this is frustrating since the promotion code advertisement is still currently on the product page.
