Has anybody else experienced glitch issues when using the “chat with other shoppers” feature here in the community section?

This community section is so fun!!! But it seems to be so laggy and has not been updated since it was even first made it feels!!! Sephora needs to update their website!!! I have attached images of what I’m referring to. I will try to respond to a direct message between someone who’s messaged me back after I have answered a question they sent..... and after I click the little “message bubble” icon... it’ll take me to our convo..... and I’ll click on the text area to start writing... and then the page will shoot up.... and the text bar will then disappear behind half of a white screen.... and then I’ll click “done” to drop it back down again.... and then the text bar for me to type anything will just be completely gone!!! Like I’ll be scrolled down to the very bottom of the convo and there will be no text bar!!! And I have closed the app.. even tried on the website version... and it just continues this on and on.
