Hello!
The Reverie Ever Recover Hair Oil in my recent order arrived leaking. I think it happened because the box was inadequately padded, so the other items in the box knocked into the bottle and 'activated' the pump.
The bottle is almost opaque, so I'm not sure how much I lost, but half the packaging and one corner of the shipping box is oil-drenched.
I'm not comfortable trying to return ship it with liquid leaking like this. How can I go about getting a replacement?
