HI, My order is currently in progress so I need help ASAP. I don't see chat function anymore? I added a promo (LOVESKIN) but I don't see it on my order. It shows the samples & rewards but not the promo. This is VERY IMPORTANT to me. I will not order without. Can someone contact me @ --- or --- .
