HELP!!!! I'M TRYING TO ORDER BUT GET "The City, State, and Zip combination provided does not match. Please correct address to continue."

Hi,

I'm trying to place an order this morning but keep getting this error message when filling out my information:

 

"The City, State, and Zip combination provided does not match. Please correct address to continue."

 

 

My wife orders all the time, her address details are saved, yet when I proceed to check out using HER account, we get the same error! 

 

help!
