Goodbye Sephora

I have shopped with Sephora for years and I've noticed changes in Sephora and how they conduct themselves as a company. Shipping delays, online customer service problems (I mean, when was the last time the "let's chat" button on this website was actually available?), in store sales people who don't seem to care, unreachable help by phone and email, items missing from orders, insulting Rouge "perks" (a small makeup brush, really?..the same Bite lipstick and NARS Blush as Rouge Exclusives?), samples that are completely different from the ones requested (every single time..why even ask what I want?!), credit card issues (an order that couldn't go through due to a glitch but could magically could be charged to my card without a problem......I. Could. Go. On.

I'm done.

Starting today, I am shopping elsewhere. I am only one person but in time there will be more customers like me.
