Gift card pin has only 6 digits

I got a $50 sephora gift card as a present but it keeps saying that the card is invalid. I’m not sure if this is a merchandise credit card or normal gift card but it will not work.

Hi @Madeleine345,

 

The gift card pin should have 8 digits. The full pin is required to redeem the gift card online, but you may still be able to redeem it in store. I recommend inquiring with your local Sephora store directly for assistance.
