Gift card issues

I have a Sephoragift card and very carefully scratch the number off as directed and it lifted the entire numbers right off the card and it’s unreadable. Spoke to someone on the phone and said there’s nothing they can do so please be careful buying these gift cards there seems to be quite a lot of problems like this.

hi, I spoke to someone at Sephora and they said nope they can’t help you with this and what I did was I googled on how to use a gift card because I wasn’t sure where the gift card numbers were. And I scratched it very gently and all the numbers lifted up.
