Gift card entry online?

Where is the gift card number on my card? There is a 30 digit number under the barcode but the website won’t take it.  And the pin is not 4 digits but 8 digits. What numbers do I enter?

had the same issue - make sure you're scratching off the entire area beside the PIN. It should reveal the 16 digit Card Number.

I'm sorry for the trouble! The gift card number would be 16 digits long and the PIN number would be 8 digits long. You would need to scratch off the back to reveal the PIN number.
