Gift card balance disappeared

I had gift card for $50, I verified the amount when I first received the gift card. When I went to use it, it said I had a balance of $0 but I did not use it.

Unused, unscratched Sephora gift cards with $0 balance, fraudulently used online!

Sephora is doing nothing to help us. Let’s report them to the FTC and to the BBB … we don’t deserve to be cheated!
I am all in for a class action lawsuit. 
And let’s take this to Twitter. We’ll make them take responsibility.

Just so everyone is aware, Sephora messaged me directly and won't do anything about it. All they said was they recommend the person who bought the gift card to report to their bank 👎🙄

Do better Sephora, it's obviously fraud and seems to happen often with your gift cards.

It’s a joke, they are telling the same thing. “Go to the person who bought it”, well they gave me the authorization receipt but it’s useless when they it still reports a balance of $0. These gift cards sound like are defective. It’s so annoying.
