Gift card activation

I have a Sephora gift card and when I went to use that they said it’s inactive in that case what should I do or how can I activate my card?

Sephora will not do anything for you. File a dispute with the bank of the credit card or debit card they used. Also file a complaint with Better Business and FTC call 1877 FTC-HELP.
