Gift NOT delivered

Hello, I submitted a complaint last week. Someone replied but when I went to read the message Sephora's website kept reloading and I could not see a response. 

What I need is your help to track down this order: Order #. It said it was delieverd on March 30th, but my friend NEVE received her bday gift. Where did it go? The address that I used was correct. Since you are having website issues and I CANNOT see the response to my complaint. Please email me - you have my email address from the order number.
