Gift Cards

(Before I confuse people.. haha,  was told by an employee at Sephora that I can add my Gift Cards to the app to pay for online, in store etc orders abs I can’t figure out how or where to add them. (I have over $1,000 in gift cards from over the last 2 years that due to this stupid pandemic. I’m sorry, not trying to be offensive but this could have been much easier months ago if people who Ike have demanded an investigation. 😒 sorry, back to my point) due to my fair skin and the fact that I’m so light skinned I can’t just guess and check my makeup pallets, foundation etc making me unable to use any gift cards until recently.) most people if you are like me would prefer to not risk losing the actual card itself so saving it on the app makes more sense and I recently was told I should do so when I called to ask which stores near me were allowing customers to use testers) LoL… if anyone can answer me I’d greatly appreciate it and I hope everyone is doing well!

@MichelleC0712 I'm sorry for the confusion. We don't have an area to store your gift card online. To use your gift card online, you can select the add gift card in the payment method section at checkout.

@Kalasmom3 on the last page of checkout, please click on "payment method" (on desktop) or "payment & reward card" (on the app), then select "add gift card" under the Gift Card section. If you would like assistance in placing your order, please contact us via phone at 1-877-737-4672. Thank you!

@MichelleC0712 If you want to use multiple gift cards you have to place a phone order or use them in store.  Online or through the app you can only use one.  You would enter the gift card in the payment screen to save it.
