Gift Card issues!!!

It seems to be a common trend but... I received a $100 gift card and tried to use it on the site, it is saying the gift card is invalid, meanwhile, when I call the card is valid and has the $100 balance. I spoke to a representative who verified the card is good and to just "refresh the website and try again." It did nothing, so I tried to use it on the app and then the app is telling me I need an 8 digit PIN, but the card very clearly only has a 6 digit PIN. 

 

It is extremely frustrating for something that is out of the consumer's control for a valid card with valid money on it that cannot be used when the printed card by the company is not correct.....why are they available for purchase if they are not going to be valid to use because the PIN doesnt have enough numbers......??????

@Whitley1219, I'm sorry for this issue and I'm happy to look into this further. It looks like your private messages are turned off, and you can adjust your preferences in your Community settings (on the browser only, not the app). They are turned on but I actually was able to figure out the issue. When you scratch off the silver to see the number and PIN, some of the PIN number got removed also. I was luckily able to figure out the numbers that were removed. Thank you.
