Gift Card Issues- Don't buy them anymore

Really dissapointed to find my gift card had 0 balance today. Called support and was told it was used on May 1st, when I haven't made a purchase since February. While the support person was nice, it's dissapointing that my only option is to let the person who gifted it to me know it happened so they can report fraud. I expected better service from a large company I've been buying from for years.

I highly recommend not purchasing gift cards for Sephora. I'm planning on shopping elsewhere today.
