Gift Card $0 Balance

My new gift card worked successfully at first, but I didn't place my order at that time because my internet wasn't working well. When I returned to my cart to place my order, my gift card had a $0.00 balance. I tried re-entering the card online and it alerted me that I had a $0.00 balance.
