Getting points from in store

So I’m confused bc I became an insider a few months ago and have purchased many products in store (everything but 2 things) but I still don’t get how or have the points u should get from buying in store actually go to my account bc they almost never do and I have to ask the customer service to add them on every time which is rlly annoying. On top off that I’m never going to get to vib bc according to the app I’ve only spent like 40 dollars which is not true so I’m just kind of annoyed and if there is something special I’m supposed to do at checkout that would be great to know abt thank you.

Hi @cupcakes558 that sounds frustrating.

At my store they always ask if I have a beauty Insider account and I log in right at the checkout. I would suggest reminding them at the cash before you pay so you get those points.
