Getting points from in store

So Iโ€™m confused bc I became an insider a few months ago and have purchased many products in store (everything but 2 things) but I still donโ€™t get how or have the points u should get from buying in store actually go to my account bc they almost never do and I have to ask the customer service to add them on every time which is rlly annoying. On top off that Iโ€™m never going to get to vib bc according to the app Iโ€™ve only spent like 40 dollars which is not true so Iโ€™m just kind of annoyed and if there is something special Iโ€™m supposed to do at checkout that would be great to know abt thank you.

Hi @cupcakes558 that sounds frustrating.

At my store they always ask if I have a beauty Insider account and I log in right at the checkout. I would suggest reminding them at the cash before you pay so you get those points.
