Free samples?

I haven’t received free samples with any of my last 4 orders! Did Sephora stop doing free samples? Does anyone know? Kind of rude to offer them on the site and then not include them in the package.

I also have not received free samples in my past 2 orders. I know they say that if the samples run out they will replace it with similar product.  I have wound up with different samples than requested a lot of times.  A couple of times I had only got one sample but I thought that was a mistake.  Why are there no samples? Is it because they ran out because of volume from the VIB sale?

@Katiabebe @I got samples in my orders just sometimes not the ones I picked. I would contact customer service.
