Free samples

I don't know why all samples that I have chosen online before placing orders are always different and bad quality. Many times when I receive my orders, they always change my samples. It's so ridiculous. I just like perfume samples. However they always give me some samples that I really don't want. If they don't have any perfume samples, they should not show it online.

I just ordered my first order online and didn't even get my samples, not a big deal, but why offer if they won't even send them? Makes no sense to me.

The same happened to me, I was missing a perfume sample. I contacted CS and they apologized and gave me 50 BI points. They are very accommodating if an order is not correct, in my experience.

I have the same problem with samples!!! Very frustrating. Thought it was just me experiencing this. 😞
