Free Samples

Hello, I’ve ordered quite a few times both through Sephora.com and Sephora at Kohls. Often, I choose to sacrifice getting more points for my Kohls Rewards and order from Sephora.com instead, in order to get the free samples. So many times, I have not gotten the samples I chose, orI only received one sample instead of the two. Even the one I do receive is again, often not what I selected. I understand that certain samples run out but to not even get two of something is disappointing. Especially when I could have ordered through Kohl’s and would have been guaranteed the kohl's rewards points to earn Kohl’s cash.
