Free Samples Missing

What happened to the free samples? I recently ordered something with Sephora, but when my package arrived my free samples were missing. Is this because of backlog and COVID, or have you just stopped the notion altogether?

I have the same issue. My last two orders didn’t contain the samples. But, I know they are still doing it because it allowed me to select them at check out.
