Fraud gift card

I received total $100 gift card and it’s a fraud.  I’ve called the number on the card and they could not help me.  I spent 1.5 hrs being transferred from one department to another and nothing was done.  Very disappointed.  Please help me out/. I’m a rouge member and someone should help us.  There are probably a lot of them that’s circulating

Hi, my daughter had two gift cards from different people hacked the same day she tried to use them. It was infuriating, and the Sephora reps were rude and said it was because they were purchased from a third party. I asked why they even sell them at third parties, and they said, good question. This seems like a pretty huge scandal going on, and no one wants to do anything about it.
