Fragrance pump spray not working

I bought a fragrance a while ago but didn’t have any chance to used it yet. Yesterday I want to us it for my special day and I found out that the pump spray is not working. Do you offer any service like fixing it or change the pump or what do I need to do? I guess I cannot make a return because I bought it a while ago like more than 30 days.
