Former Employee w2 forms not accessible

Hi! I worked at the Sephora in Millenia Mall 2023- 2024 and I am trying to retrieve both of my W2 forms. I attempted to sign the external site for past employees but it states it doesn't recognize my username. I then attempted to reach store manager but didn't get an update. Can I get help from HR representative?
