Forgotten Samples

A few days ago, I made an online purchase for a Christmas gift for my little sister. I really like to use samples as stocking stuffers, and had the Bag of Cheer bag in mind for this. When I made my order, I was in a hurry and forgot to add the Bag of Cheer to my order. Is there any way I can still get it without making a purchase?
