Forgot to add samples to order

I was rushing to check out and I forgot to add or select the 2 free samples. Then I checked the Sephora policy which states that "most orders can be canceled up to an hour after being placed." I tried to cancel my order 43minutes after placing it. However, I can't find it anywhere in "order details" page to cancel my order.

 

I am just so disappointed that I spent more than 70 dollars here but can't get any sampler/ can't fix my problem even within the one-hour time limit.  I am wondering is it possible for Sephora staffs to modify my order to add the samples? Or is there anything I can do to make my shipping experience here a bit better?

I also had this happen ater speding ober $100. My hope is thqt the deal can be ahippes to me.  Becky Crank

@NurseBeck Regretfully, we're not able to modify an order once it has been placed. However, I'll be happy to look into this further. It looks like your private messages are currently turned off. Thanks for your reply. I cannot send you a private message due to an unexpected issue. #  is my order number. It says "partial order has been shipped."
