Obviously this is an issue in locations across the country. Why do you encourage employees to stalk customers? Every time my friends & I come in for product, no matter what city, we're stared down & followed by sales associates. Not even asking if we need help in every single aisle we look at, just blatantly staring & making rounds the whole time we're there. It's unnerving & makes me dread having to go in for makeup. Let the cameras do the work so your paying customers feel comfortable shopping here. Not looking for an automated apology, just hoping one day you'll change the way you train your employees.

I've worked in retail before. They probably don't want to follow us around any more than we want them to. The person who checked me out was very polite, I just find it unnecessary to be blatantly stared down & followed by everyone on the sales floor at every Sephora I've ever been to.
