Fleetoptics is Beyond Terrible

I placed an order with Sephora on August 7th, and received a tracking number with Fleetoptics a few days later. All of my previous orders were handled by Canada Post with no issues.

On August 11th, the delivery status was shown as “Unable to access - No answer at call panel”. Hold up: I live in an older townhouse with no call panel?? Two days later, I tracked the driver’s progress on the Fleetoptics website, and when he was close to my place, I stepped outside to meet him. He then proceeded to hand me a package that was RIPPED OPEN. Fortunately, none of the products were missing or damaged.

I cannot believe how inept and shady Fleetoptics is. Sephora, please drop this joke of a logistics company before they ruin your brand.
