Fleetoptics Exception?!

I was supposed to get my order yesterday, and it is currently marked as exception cause apparently I didn’t answer my door? I literally work from home and the ring of my door bell is so ringing loud that there is no possible way I would’ve missed it. Can someone help me cause I have no idea what I should do.

Exact same thing happened to me! Can someone help? I literally work from home, so I don't understand how I didn't get it. Called Fleet Optics and didn't get an answer.
