Fleet optics SUCKS!

Fleet optics is the worst delivery/courier I have ever encountered!  I get all my packages shipped to work and never had a problem with any other couriers and I work in a mall that opens from 10-9 6 days a week.  Nine out of ten times my delivery gets delayed a day or 2 because they either cannot find my store or they just straight up said business is closed at 3pm on the delivery update. Such a big fat lie as our store is required by the mall to stay open during operating hours.  Again, my new package is on a 2 day delay and the update said unable to locate address with 2 attempts to “locate address”.  I can’t stress enough that we are inside the mall and you can ask any customer service for directions.  They’re just all extremely unprofessional and lazy.  I even had a call one time asking if I can meet them elsewhere to pick up the package.  Sephora you really need to reconsider your courier service. It is causing way too much inconvenience for me and honestly, most stuff I can get at other department store for better discount or value.  Now I’ll just have to wait and see if my package will get delivered tomorrow as a 3rd attempt.  Again, I’ve spend way too much money to deserve this kind of ignorant attitude from Sephora.

Again, 4th attempt today and still unable to locate our store.  I work in the largest mall in Vancouver, BC.  It is impossible not knowing where this mall is and it is very clearly indicated on my shipping address.  They are just lazy and didn’t want to deal with delivering to the mall.  What the hell is this courier doing?  do I need to wait another week till it arrives?  This is already on a 4-5 business day delay from the original delivery date.
Also, Sephora is not making this any better.  Told me they’re going to check on it for me and in the end still didn’t get my package.

I am extremely disappointed, frustrated and not satisfy with this level of service I receive from this courier.  Just look at all those lies they write for not delivering my package.  Made 3 attempts and this last one is ridiculous.  I work in a mall, so what are they unable to access and what panel they need to contact?  Our store is wide open as I sit here writing this reply.  Our hours are 10-7pm today.  What kind of piece of crap courier is this that just lies about being unable to deliver my package?  I didn’t even receive any phone calls this time asking where the store is.  I am already 3 days delayed receiving my package and Sephora has

done nothing except PM me saying they will forward my concerns to the correct department and gave me an email to fleetoptics to provide “further instructions” to how to deliver my package.  There are not further instructions, everything is written on the address even our store name.
