Fleet Optics - huge dissapointment

Hi 

My package is stuck with fleetoptics for a week and I have no updates for the last two days. Customer service is really not trying to help and giving ambiguos answers.

The driver attempted delivery after closing hours of my workplace and afyer that he never attempted again even though i specified business hours and their status was unable to access.

 

I will never order online with such an unprofessional service.
