Fleet Optics Late Delivery

I ordered my package a few weeks ago and received an estimate date of August 27... Still nothing as of today (September 2nd).  Very disappointed with the lack of tracking details - it's no use receiving a tracking number and checking every day just to see a "check back soon!" message.  I will continue to wait for my package, but this is the first time I ordered online with Sephora and it may be my last.
