Flat iron

Hi, 

 

I have just ordered a flat iron, just a little bit ago. My mail just came and the same flat iron was in the mail for me from my sister who lives in Georgia. Because I no longer need this item, can I return it to the store, or can you possibly cancel the order? That would just be so much simpler.

If your sister placed an order on their account and it has not yet arrived, your sister is welcome to contact us directly and we can check if we're able to cancel it! Please note, we have a short timeframe in which we're able to cancel orders. If the gift from your sister already arrived and you do not want the refund to go to the purchaser, please visit your local Sephora store for assistance with an exchange. Please bring any of the following: an original packing slip, Sephora.com Order or Shipping Confirmation email, or Gift Receipt email.
