Fire fleet optics! Please

Please stop using Fleet Optics, I don't know how they're still in business considering how they respond to emails.

I got a notification today saying my package from sephora was "Safe dropped" meaning left at the door. My delivery address is the shop that I work at. So it was left at the door for public to take? 

What kind of bs is this, I contacted them letting them know I did not receive it. The response that I got was it was delivered at 2:00 pm.  Which doesn't make any sense.  I tried to explain the situation to them only to get ignored.  

I even rewinded the security cameras back to the time it said it was delivered, their truck did not even come to my location. 

In the past I've made more orders than I could count to my work address, orders used to be shipped by reliable Canada Post and I believe FedEx for a while too. Please bring them back! I don't see myself online ordering for a long time until this below standards company is dropped. 

I love Sephoras Customer Service and how they handled the situation when I told them, they offered me a refund or another shipment of the same products.... I didn't want to deal with Fleet Optics again so I just went with the refund. Really disappointed as I was looking forward to my products that are online only (can't be bought at the sephora near my house). 

Please Sephora don't use them for shipping anymore! You guys are not making money you're losing money with these guys who lose your packages and are so unprofessional and negligent.

Thank you! I really hope they fire this delivery company.

I'll also add that I was able to pull up the house they have shipped it to. They sent my shipment to this house that looks like it's about to get bulldozed over not anywhere close to my shipping address. I've never seen this house before!

I'm just so sad and angry, that was supposed to be my Christmas present for myself and now I can't even order online at Sephora again or else I'd be dealing with them.
