Filing a Complaint

I am reaching out to file a formal complaint about the service and experience I received at a Sephora location this past weekend. This is the address of the Sephora that I visited: 112 W 34th St., New York, NY 10001.


I am absolutely disgusted by my entire visit from the lack of help the employees wanted to give to the hypocritical and dismissive behavior exhibited by the employee who did "help" me. Frankly speaking, given my physical appearance compared to the other customers who were being approached and assisted in a timely fashion, it is not an overstatement to say that racial profiling may have been involved. I cannot believe I have to put up with this by a company that touts itself on catering to diverse skin tones and promoting clean/sustainable beauty.

Hello, the private message chat is bugged and keeps on giving me an HTML error message when I did not format any of the text, as well as the "You have reached the limit for number of private messages that you can send for now. Please try again later." message when I have failed to send a response for over two hours now.  I have tried to respond to your private message on my laptop, phone, and have cleared the cache and cookies to no avail.


This is incredibly frustrating because I am being forced to go through all these loopholes and not be seen after having a downright appalling experience from your store.  Please advise.
