Faulty T3 single pass whirl curling wand - no box or receipt

Hi,

I purchased the T3 Single Pass Whirl styling wand from Sephora and I absolutely loved it! However, a few months back it stopped heating up. It still turns on but it does not heat up. I kept thinking it was going to start working again so I didn't look into this earlier... I had it long enough that I no longer have the receipt or box and I am unsure of the exact purchase date. It was an expensive product and I am hoping to be able to trade it in store for a new one? Is this possible? 

After looking at the T3 site in the review section, many other people have had the same issue with this curling wand. For the price, I definitely expected it to last longer. I appreciate the help!

Hello- bought the T3 single pass whirl curling wand from Sephora a few gears ago and I’m having the same problem that others seem to have. It turns on but won’t heat up and go to the blue zone. Ironically it’s seems to happen when I travel via an airplane and won’t work in a hotel. Has anyone else noticed this too? What have you all done in order to replace it since they don’t make this version wand anymore?

Has anyone received an answer on how to fix or replace the base to the wand? I recently travel and since returning home it will turn on and then the light is stuck on one dot but does not heat up. I have cheap Revlon irons last longer than this. I'm very disappointed.

My T3 wand model 73580 no longer heats up. The light turns on and the heat progress just keeps blinging. After reading through many customers replies with the same comments, I’m wondering if anything can be done. I’ve only had it a few months and given the expense of this product, I’m wondering if it can be replaced?

I’m really sad about this, not just because of the price, but because I really love this curling wand. It’s the only one that has ever worked on my stick straight hair!! Is there a way to fix it??

I am having the exact same issue with my T3 wand. It turns on and I am able to adjust the temperature but it doesn't heat up. Could you share how to fix this issue? Thanks so much!
