Faulty Anastasia Brow Wiz???

I've used anastasia brow wiz for years, unfortunately the last two that I've bought were strangely brittle and keeps breaking. I love this product but the last two that i bought were just unusable. The product won't stay inside the pencil. I always make sure my pencil is retracted before I draw on my eyebrows but the last one I used once before it broke. Is this just a faulty product? Has anybody else have similar issues with this product recently? And is it possible to get it refunded?

Yes! I've experienced this a few times. My recent purchase I bought only a week ago, it is completely broken, only had a tiny piece of the actual pencil part, etc.  I'm so disappointed. What a waste of money.
