Extremely disappointed

    I have been a Sephora customer for 15+ years and I’m shocked that they are not responsible or professional with their customers. Just like everyone else I have a $700 package in limbo... I was given a delivery date, which passed... and a 2nd, then 3rd passed. Then I began to read the bazillion reviews for lost, stolen, undelivered, not sent responses. Sephora did notify me after 2 days of purchase that my package was mailed but it has not. Clear as day still not sent to USPS but they put that on them. I’m Also worried about the return since they leave me with no time and that’s all I’m reading about is their lack of responsibility. I am shocked, mainly because their warehouse is less than a mile from my home. Knock knock... you lost my business. Just be honest with your customers. Seriously.
