Extremely damaged box with missing items

I received an extremely damaged box with several items missing. At first I thought the rest of my items would arrive in separate shipments but it has been a week since the package arrived & now I realize they must have fell out due to the box arriving so badly damaged. This is absolutely absurd that UPS would deliver a package in this condition. It obviously looks tampered with. I have sent Sephora an email. Hoping they will refund or replace the missing items. So upsetting!
