Extremely Disappointed with Sephora Service

I recently placed a Sephora order worth $836, which my husband gifted me for my birthday. Unfortunately, I never properly received it. The delivery was marked as “delivered,” but the package was left outside on the road, not at my door. After walking around several blocks, I finally found the box thrown on the roadside.

 

The order originally contained 21 items, but when I found it, only 3 damaged items were left inside — the rest were missing.

 

Since morning, I’ve been trying to resolve this with Sephora’s customer service and UPS. I called multiple times between 9 AM and the afternoon. UPS said they cannot help, and my bank confirmed that the issue must be resolved by the merchant (Sephora).

 

However, Sephora’s response was extremely disappointing. They simply said they were “sorry” and could not offer any refund or replacement, even after I explained everything in detail.

 

For such a large purchase and a trusted brand, this level of service is unacceptable. I’m deeply upset and would not recommend ordering from Sephora after this experience.

@parth5, I'm sorry to hear this! It looks like your private messages are turned off, and you can adjust your preferences in your Community settings (on the browser only, not the app). If you would like to send me a private message with your order number and shipping address, I'll look into this.

I am not able to do that I don’t want to pay for thing which is not received

@parth5 I've removed your order number and address from your post as we do not allow that information shared publicly. You can adjust your account settings (the gear icon) on a desktop or mobile web browser, not the app.
