Expired foundation

Hi there! I need your help: I recently purchased Valentino Very Valentino 24 Hour Long Wear Liquid Foundation LA3 and received it on March 1. Today I turned the package and saw that the product is completely expired (December 2022) How can I exchange for a new non expired foundation? I don’t have the paper that comes with the order anymore but I can provide the order number.

I shouldn’t have to check expiration dates on brand new purchases.
