Expired Points

It’s really upsetting that I lost 1176 points with no reminder alerts or emails of any sort. Of course with the pandemic makeup shopping for me has gone down. I sign in today to treat myself and shop and see that all my points expired in January 2021. Very disappointing.

I'm sorry for the trouble as points will expire if your account has been inactive for 12 consecutive months or more. You can keep your account active by making a purchase or redeeming a reward or the birthday gift. I'll take a look further and I'll send you a message.
