Exchanging something

Purchased something at Sephora Inside JCP and I am not happy with it. I used my 50 pts play pass with the purchase, so I received the bonus 50 pts during that purchase, plus double points since it was a skincare item. If I exchange the item for something equal or higher price, will I still keep those 50 play pass bonus points? How does that work?

When you exchange something it won't affect the points; however a loophole may be that if you return the product(s) you purchased while redeeming the in-store extra points card they may be able to take them away! If something happens you are able to contact customer support about it as well via email
