Error message

I placed an order for same day delivery at 3:30pm yesterday (before the cutoff time), and it’s been stuck in “processing” since then. When I attempt to check my order status I get an error message. Chat is unavailable and when I called the rep wasn’t able to help and just said “it’ll show up at some point”. Has anyone seen this error message before?!
