Error codes with app

Good morning, I like many others seem to have a problem with the app. I have unistalled and re installed twice and still am having problems. Will this be sorted before the sale?

App does not work on an ipad. I am unable to log in, and get the following error, WHICH IS EASILY FIXED by a decent app developer. 

"Response could not be serialized, input data was nil or zero length."

 

My ipad is up to the minute, my wifi is great, and everything else works just fine. But the Sephora app is not Apple friendly at all.

Hi- did Sephora not fix this? Months later I am not receiving the same message

@Jesskiz, I'm sorry to hear this! It looks like your private messages are turned off, and you can adjust your preferences in your Community settings (on the browser only, not the app). If you would like to send me a private message with more information, I'll look into this.

Thank you for responding! I have turned on private messages. Please respond via message so I know this isn't some scammer's phone number (sorry, it's a must-do nowadays)
