Error Message: Unable to Process Your Transaction

It’s been about two weeks of being unable to look at my cart and getting this error on both the app and website. I deleted the app, have spoken to two Sephora representatives who said they would get back to me (they never did), signed in and out on the website and am still getting this error. Please help!
