Empty Product!

I have been a long time customer at Sephora, however I've always shopped in store and never purchased online. When I finally decide to order online, the Inkey list brighten-i eye cream, that I ordered came today empty! The tube was in the box but when I squeezed it, nothing came out! I gave it to my husband to check to make sure I wasn't going crazy but he confirmed that the tube was empty and filled with nothing but air. Would it be possible to be just sent another one since I already paid for it? Or do I have to return the empty product and then just repurchase it online...?
