Empty Product Bottle

I ordered the mini size Amika Perk Up Ultra dry shampoo on July 12, 2024. Used it a bit: Great. It’s now 2 weeks later, and I tried to use it, realizing the bottle is completely empty. Nothing comes out of it. I don’t know if I can refund it for being “lightly used” because although I only used it once, it came to me basically empty. If I can’t refund it, I guess Sephora is just taking free money from me. I’m usually not one to complain, but it’s not like I’m out a dollar or two. I’m out at least $15 which isn’t a lot, but it’s enough to warrant a complaint when what I got was a virtually empty bottle with no product in it.
