Empty Box Received

Hi guys. I recently ordered over $200 worth in makeup and I received an empty box. The FedEx label clearly showed 1lb for 23 items which is impossible. Now I understand that I use a freight forward address but this error was not my freight forwarders faulty as the items were never included in the box. Amidst a pandemic and travel restriction I find this a bit unfair as I lost a great deal. Any suggestions as to what I can do? I've been a loyal customer and this has been a real turnoff for me.

Hi RachLK, did your problem solved? I have exactly the same problem for my $176 order. I have received a empty parcel which showed only 1 lb in UPS site (I have weighed only 500 grams actually), there is nothing in my package! And the Sephora says they will not offer any refund or reshipment on it because I am using forwarding address.

I am trying to shop elsewhere and not in Sephora👋👋. Other brands even got better deal during the Black Friday!

Hi I am simply seeking any additional help because this really isnt fair. I don't have an option for international shipping and I don't ever complain when I get broken items as I accept that responsibility but the FedEx sticker clearly showed that it was not shipped in the box. I can provide an alternative address if that's the case but simply saying I order at my own risk isn't enough as the items were shipped in the box to begin with.

Thank you but this is not the same. The label says it was not packed. That policy does not consider me because I'm international even if the error lies with the company. After many years of shopping here I am truly saddened that shopping here is at my own risk.
